Boxers

I have a new baby girl named Ruby registered CKC and this is the first fawn I have ever had in our family. She has a very long nose and I have asked the person about it and was told she will grow into it. ???Got any ideas? puzzling to me.

Do you have a picture? It's hard to tell with out seeing it. There are short and long noses in my breed too, and the preference is for the shorter nose. Sometimes what one person calls a long nose, another will not agree. Did you see the parents, and how did their
noses look?
