Umbilical Hernias usually aren't an issue to even be worried about unless they get too big. Once their fixed they won't reoccur. No health issues coincide with hernias(as far as I know), all you have to do is make sure the dog isn't very active and...

Yes the males are hard to housetrain, and I'm sure there are exceptions but I don't think they have problems when their started early and are fixed. I know unaltered males(as with most any other dog) are next to impossible to housetrain. Toys in ge...
