Pre-odor indicators help you locate and remove the soiled clumps and any solids. This keeps the litter first-day fresh longer. Add more litter as needed to replace what you have scooped out. This will also help freshen your litter box. When most of the pre-odor indicators have turned blue, replace the remaining litter before odor develop.
