Keep out of reach of children. The recommended initial administration period is four to six weeks. Your dog may respond in a shorter period of time. At this time you can decrease the number of Cosequin capsules to the maintenance level. The capsules can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled on the pet's food. Wet or moist food is preferred to ensure that the pet gets the entire amount. Dosage Under 10 lbs. - « - 1 capsule 10-24 lb. - 2 capsules daily (1 in A.M./ 1 in P.M.) Cosequin DS (double strength) is recommended for larger dogs (over 25 lbs.). Caution Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry area out of sunlight. Keep lid tightly secured to ensure freshness.
