It is normal for iron to develop a surface oxidation (rust) when exposed to the environment. This oxidation does not affect the superior strength of these snaps. A few drops of oil on the snaps will keep them working smoothly.Aggressive or vicious dogs should not be left unsupervised.The tieout cable is a safety device. It is not to be used as a restraining device.Warning: Do not use this Tieout Cable with choke-type collars.
