Clear Fast is dosed per volume. It is important to accurately determine the volume of water to be treated. Use either feet or meters for calculation.Use 50 ml per 1,000 gallons of pond water (220 Imp. gallons - 265 US gallons) when water is clouded. Use the vial provided for an accurate measurement. Note: The recommended dosage yields the best results.Overdosing will not improve the effectiveness. However, if the cloudy water remains after a 24 hour period, then a second dose may be indicated.This product works best with strong filtration, since the bonded particles can easily be trapped as they pass through the filter material. It is recommended to install a new charge of polyester wool just prior to application of the product. This can easily be discarded when Clear Fast has done its job and removed suspended particles from the water column and trapped them within the filter media.
